What materials are your products made of?
All Azuraa's products are made with high-quality 18K gold plating over stainless steel and premium finishes to ensure durability and long-lasting shine. They’re water, sweat, and tarnish-resistant.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Delivery times depend on your location, but most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Each order is carefully prepared, and once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey from us to you.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How should I care for my Azuraa collection?
Wipe with a soft cloth after use and store in a dry place. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals to preserve the finish.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Rarely. Azuraa collections are produced in limited seasonal batches, and restocks are uncommon. We believe in creating timeless pieces — not trends — and part of that promise is maintaining scarcity. To access new releases early, we recommend joining the Azuraa Circle.
