Returns
We want you to love your Azuraa jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, simply contact our support team with your order number. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within a few business days.
